At Office Chairs Unlimited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating solution. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you may return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number ensuring your return is tracked correctly.
Secure Packaging
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components back into the original shipping carton with all protective padding and manuals included.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our distribution center using a carrier that provides tracking.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for damages, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
